How far in advance should I book?

New slots go up every Sunday, so the earlier in the week you book the more choice of dates and times you'll have. Popular dates (weekends, holiday season) fill up fastest.

What does the deposit cover, and is it refundable?

The deposit secures your slot and comes off your total price. It's non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows — see the full Booking Policies for details.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with clean, moisturised skin (no makeup) and let any lashes/brows settle at least 24 hours before if you've had them done. Bring reference photos if you have a specific look in mind — it helps a lot.

How long does a soft glam or full glam look take?

Most appointments take 1–2 hours depending on the look. Your confirmed slot already accounts for this, so there's no need to add extra time yourself.

Do you offer touch-ups?

A quick touch-up before you leave the studio is included. For anything later in the day (e.g. an evening event after a daytime look), get in touch directly to arrange it.

Do you travel for home service appointments?

Yes — home service is available in Chelmsford and the immediate surrounding areas of Essex, at an extra fee agreed with you directly once your deposit is paid and your address is confirmed.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Get in touch via Instagram as soon as you can — cancellations and rescheduling are handled manually. Deposits stay non-refundable, but we'll always try to find you another slot where possible.
